I think June 14th would be the most impactful. And leaves us in a good position to act early in July if we decide to.

I think we should optionally be with 50501 Verterans on D-Day. Not a nationwide day for all of 50501.
For South Dakota, the Sturgis Rally official dates are Fri, Aug 1, 2025 – Sun, Aug 10, 2025, but people usually start showing up and leave a week or so before/after. This means, out of safety concerns, our Western SD/Rapid City location will most likely be unable to hold any demonstrations during this time. (Probably from July 25 through August 17).
